Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of USINA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site, subject only to mandatory statutory rules that may otherwise designate jurisdiction on the basis of consumer protection or similar grounds under Brazilian law.

Specifically, these Terms and your use of the Site are subject to the following principal legislative frameworks, among others:

• Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) — Federal Law No. 13,709/2018, governing the processing of personal data.
• Marco Civil da Internet — Federal Law No. 12,965/2014, establishing principles, guarantees, rights, and duties for the use of the internet in Brazil.
• Código Civil Brasileiro — Federal Law No. 10,406/2002, governing contractual and civil obligations.
